Founded in 2016 by Camille Thiriet and Matt Chittick, this estate began as a "micro-négoce" in a tiny garage without electricity. In 2022, they expanded by purchasing 4.5 hectares in Corgoloin, bringing their total farmed area to 6 hectares.

The domaine is highly artisanal, utilizing old-fashioned techniques such as a wooden basket press, foot-stomping, and horse-plowing. They produce unique cuvées like the Bourgogne Aligoté "Du Jardin" (from 90-year-old vines) and Côte de Nuits Villages "La Montagne". Their commitment to organic farming and meticulous hand-labeling results in wines full of personality and charm.
