Located in the prestigious Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, this house is a specialist in Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Founded in 1889, it is currently managed by Pierre Amillet, the fourth generation. The estate owns 8 hectares of Chardonnay, all situated within the Grand Cru of Le Mesnil.

The wines are the epitome of the Côte des Blancs style: chalky, laser-focused, and saline. Pierre has moved toward single-parcel bottlings, such as "Les Chétillons," and uses large oak casks for fermentation to add breadth to the naturally high acidity of the fruit. These Champagnes are powerful expressions of some of the finest chalk soils in the world, known for their citrus-driven freshness and immense longevity.
