The Year of Precision and Resilience

  • The Climate: A cold, wet spring delayed flowering by nearly 40 days compared to historical averages. A violent July hailstorm devastated the Côte de Beaune (specifically Savigny, Beaune, and Volnay). October harvests required intense sorting to combat late-season botrytis.
