The Moreau family’s roots in Chassagne-Montrachet date back to 1809. After years of running the legendary Domaine Bernard Moreau with his brother, Alex Moreau launched his own label in 2021 to continue his family's legacy of excellence.

The estate manages roughly 5 hectares of prime vineyards, including the famed Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Grandes Ruchottes". Alex follows a natural approach with no herbicides or pesticides, focusing on hand-harvesting and natural yeast fermentations. His Chardonnays are known for being clean, precise, and mineral-driven, aged in French oak with very little lees stirring to preserve the purity of the fruit.
