Located in the Vallée de la Marne, Moussé Fils is a specialist in Meunier, a grape variety they champion with world-class results. The estate has been family-owned since 1750 and is currently led by Cédric Moussé. Cédric is a pioneer of sustainable viticulture, using herbal infusions to treat vines and geothermal energy in the cellar.

His Champagnes—mostly based on Meunier grown on unique green illite clay—are fruit-forward, floral, and incredibly precise. The flagship "L’Or d’Eugène" is a perpetual reserve blend that offers a consistent, high-quality look at their unique terroir. The wines are often aged for extended periods on the lees, providing a sophisticated balance between fresh fruit and complex autolytic notes.
