Domaine Vincent Dancer is a tiny, cult-favorite estate in Chassagne-Montrachet, producing some of Burgundy’s most vibrant and precise white wines from just 6 hectares. Founded in 1996 by Vincent Dancer and still run single-handedly by him, the domaine farms premier crus such as Morgeot, Tête du Clos, and the rare Meursault Chevalières and Les Grands Charrons, all worked organically with biodynamic practices.

Vincent’s philosophy is minimalist and obsessive: hand-harvesting at low yields, whole-cluster pressing, native-yeast fermentation in old barrels, no bâtonnage, and bottling without fining or filtration. The whites are electric with tension, citrus-driven purity, and razor-sharp minerality, while the small-production reds—especially Aloxe-Corton and Pommard Les Perrières—show silky finesse and vivid fruit.

With annual production under 25,000 bottles, Vincent Dancer has become a benchmark for artisanal, transparent Burgundy. His wines are snapped up instantly by collectors worldwide for their energy, clarity, and breathtaking expression of the Côte de Beaune’s finest limestone terroirs.
