A rising star in the Côte de Beaune, Simon Colin established his own label as a natural extension of a legendary winemaking lineage. Simon is the son of Philippe Colin and grandson of Michel Colin-Deléger, one of the most talented winemakers of the 1990s. After gaining experience at his father’s estate and at the prestigious Domaine Etienne Sauzet in Puligny-Montrachet, Simon took over 9.3 hectares of family vineyards in 2021.

The estate is primarily centered in Chassagne-Montrachet and includes superb plots such as the Premier Crus Les Vergers and Morgeot. Convinced of the benefits of organic and biodynamic farming, Simon immediately began the conversion process for the entire estate. His approach in the cellar involves experimentation with lees and sulfur management, resulting in high-quality regional, village, and Premier Cru wines that reflect his unique style and vision.
